Page 1 In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful  To the American people, Peace be upon those who follow the righteous track. Hereafter,  The subject of my talk to you is the overwhelming control of capital (Var.: money) and its effect on the ongoing war between us. I direct my talk specifically to those who support real change, especially the youth. I say fromthe onset:  Your former president warned you previously about the devastating Jewish control of capital and about a day that would come when it would enslave you; it has happened. Your current president warns you now about the enormity of capital control and it has a cycle whereby it devours humanity when it is devoid of the precepts of God's law (Shari’a). The tyranny of the control of capital by large companies has harmed your economy, as it did ours, and that was my motivation for this talk. Tens of millions of you are below the poverty line, millions have lost their homes, and millions have lost their jobs to mark the highest average unemployment in 60 years. Your financial systemin its totality was about to collapse within 48 hours had not the administration reverted to using taxpayer's money to rescue the vultures by using the assets of the victims. As for us, our Iraq was invaded in response to pressure fromcapitalists with greed for black gold, and you continue to support the oppressive Israelis in their occupation of our Palestine in response to pressures on your administration by a Jewish lobby backed by enormous financial capabilities. An observer of the policies of the new administration realizes that the change is tactical and not strategic; it does not at all agree with the change you seek. There are very many indicators of this, especially concerning important matters related to your security and economy, particularly the ongoing war between us. The previous administration was successful in implicating you in these wars against us under the premise that they are necessary for your security or according to the promise that it would be short and would finish in six days or six weeks. Six years has passed, and that administration is gone without realizing the victory. The man calling for change promised you victory in Afghanistan and set a time for withdrawal. Before the end of the set time, Petraeus, fromthe previous administration, came and asked for an extension of six more months. If it was Page 2 the six-day war that started by President Bush, and six years have not been enough to finish it, then the wise men should question how long would a six-month war take and whether you are able to fund a war that requires a large amount of money that weakens your economy and your dollar. For Obama to leave one-third of the soldiers in Iraq, and the statements fromhis administration about this, especially fromAderno, about the possibility of Obama's ordering the return of the forces he took out of Iraq, it would have been better for himhad he disagreed with the ethics of the previous administration and adopted the truth as a friend and told you that he will not withdraw fromIraq, which may not serve the US interests but it is in the interest of the large corporations.  The course of the policies of the present administration in several areas clearly reveals that whoever enters the White House, even with good intentions to safeguard the peoples' interest, is no more than a train operator. His only task is to keep the train on the tracks that are laid down by the lobbyists in New York and Washington to serve their interests first, even if it is counter to your security and economy. Any president who tries to move the train fromthe lobbyist's tracks to a track for the American people's interests will confront very strong opposition and pressures fromthe lobbyists. Your president described the decision by the court in favor of corporations to intervene in the political arena as a victory, but it is not [a victory] for the American people except for the big corporations. There is no doubt about it that it is a right, and it is also a right for the administration to support the oppressive Israelis for the continued occupation of our land and the killing of our brothers, marking a victory for the Jewish lobby. The president was not able to defend you against the security and economic loss. The way for change and freeing yourselves fromthe pressure of lobbyists is not through the Republican or the Democratic parties, but through undertaking a great revolution for freedom: not to free Iraq fromSaddamHussein but to free the White House and to free Barack Husayn so he can implement the change you seek. It does not only include improvement of your economic situation and ensure your security, but more importantly, helps himin making a rational decision to save humanity fromthe harmful [greenhouse] gases that threaten its destiny. For the American youth to succeed in this change, they need to relive the history of their ancestors and the conditions in their country more than two centuries ago. They need to understand the similarities during that era and their present situation, especially in their fundamental conditions. The British Parliament sided with corporations, then against the interests Page 3 of the citizens. You have noticed the Congress’s stand with corporations against the peoples’ interests when they refused to legislate against interference in the elections by corporations.  The British military governor in the United States used to have the right to appoint judges and mayors. Similarly, the corruption is deep rooted now in all higher authorities, thus giving authorities over these offices to corporations. Subsequently, the higher court adjudicated their support of political financing by corporations under such circumstances. Reading the book by the intellectual Thomas Paine helped your fathers in the revolution against the oppressors. It is useful for you to read it under the current, similar circumstances. You are in need of people like Thomas Paine to publish books pointing out the similarities between the two phases and that will have a similar effect. You also are in need of men with courage and initiative like those of your forefathers at that time when they refused to allow one company to harmthe interests of the United States, a company that had a monopoly on tea and its prices. Yet there now are many companies that endanger the United States’ economy, which continues to be vulnerable to collapse and they also formulate the policies of the White House. They threw hundreds of thousands of soldiers against us and have formed an alliance with the Israelis to oppress us and occupy our land; that was the reason for our response on the eleventh.


Palestine has been under occupation for decades, and none of your presidents talked about it until after September 11 when Bush realized that your oppression and the tyranny against us were part of the reason for the attack. Then he talked about the necessity for two states. Obama is trying to address the issue with the same solutions suggested by his predecessor; they are quilting fruitless solutions not of concern to us. If you want a real settlement that guarantees your security in your country and safeguards your economy frombeing depleted in a manner similar to our war of attrition against the Soviet Union, then you have to implement a roadmap that returns the Palestine land to us, all of it, fromthe sea to the river, it is an Islamic land not subject to being traded or granted to any party. In conclusion: Be assured that we do not fight for mere killing but to stop the killing of our people. It is a sin to kill a person without proper, justifiable cause, but terminating his killer is a right. You should be aware that justice is the strongest army and security offers the best livelihood; you lost it by your own making when you supported the Israelis in occupying our land and killing our brothers in Palestine. The road to safety starts with the stopping of aggression. Page 4 Palestine shall not be seen captive for we will try to break its shackles.  The United States shall pay for its arrogance with the blood of Christians and their funds. Peace be upon those who follow the righteous track

ΑΠΟ ΕΘΝΟΣ


«Τhe Euro Summit stresses the crucial need to rebuild trust with the Greek authorities as a pre-requisite for a possible future agreement on a new ESM programme. In this context, the ownership by the Greek authorities is key, and successful implementation should follow policy commitments.

A euro area Member State requesting financial assistance from the ESM is expected to address, wherever possible, a similar request to the IMF. This is a precondition for the Eurogroup to agree on a new ESM programme. Therefore Greece will request continued IMF support (monitoring and financing) from March 2016.

Given the need to rebuild trust with Greece, the Euro Summit welcomes the commitments of the Greek authorities to legislate without delay a first set of measures. These measures, taken in full prior agreement with the Institutions, will include:

by 15 July
  • the streamlining of the VAT system and the broadening of the tax base to increase revenue; upfront measures to improve long-term sustainability of the pension system as part of a comprehensive pension reform programme;
  • the safeguarding of the full legal independence of ELSTAT;
  • full implementation of the relevant provisions of the Treaty on Stability, Coordination and Governance in the Economic and Monetary Union, in particular by making the Fiscal Council operational before finalising the MoU and introducing quasi-automatic spending cuts in case of deviations from ambitious primary surplus targets after seeking advice from the Fiscal Council and subject to prior approval of the Institutions;
by 22 July
  • the adoption of the Code of Civil Procedure, which is a major overhaul of procedures and arrangements for the civil justice system and can significantly accelerate the judicial process and reduce costs;
  • the transposition of the BRRD with support from the European Commission.
Immediately, and only subsequent to legal implementation of the first four above-mentioned measures as well as endorsement of all the commitments included in this document by the Greek Parliament, verified by the Institutions and the Eurogroup, may a decision to mandate the Institutions to negotiate a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) be taken. This decision would be taken subject to national procedures having been completed and if the preconditions of Article 13 of the ESM Treaty are met on the basis of the assessment referred to in Article 13.1.
In order to form the basis for a successful conclusion of the MoU, the Greek offer of reform measures needs to be seriously strengthened to take into account the strongly deteriorated economic and fiscal position of the country during the last year. The Greek government needs to formally commit to strengthening their proposals in a number of areas identified by the Institutions, with a satisfactory clear timetable for legislation and implementation, including structural benchmarks, milestones and quantitative benchmarks, to have clarity on the direction of policies over the medium-run. They notably need, in agreement with the Institutions, to:
  • carry out ambitious pension reforms and specify policies to fully compensate for the fiscal impact of the Constitutional Court ruling on the 2012 pension reform and to implement the zero deficit clause or mutually agreeable alternative measures by October 2015;
  • adopt more ambitious product market reforms with a clear timetable for implementation of all OECD toolkit I recommendations, including Sunday trade, sales periods, pharmacy ownership, milk and bakeries, except over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, which will be implemented in a next step, as well as for the opening of macro-critical closed professions (e.g. ferry transportation). On the follow-up of the OECD toolkit-II, manufacturing needs to be included in the prior action;
  • on energy markets, proceed with the privatisation of the electricity transmission network operator (ADMIE), unless replacement measures can be found that have equivalent effect on competition, as agreed by the Institutions; on labour markets, undertake rigorous reviews and modernisation of collective bargaining, industrial action and, in line with the relevant EU directive and best practice, collective dismissals, along the timetable and the approach agreed with the Institutions. On the basis of these reviews, labour market policies should be aligned with international and European best practices, and should not involve a return to past policy settings which are not compatible with the goals of promoting sustainable and inclusive growth; adopt the necessary steps to strengthen the financial sector, including decisive action on non-performing loans and measures to strengthen governance of the HFSF and the banks, in particular by eliminating any possibility for political interference especially in appointment processes.
On top of that, the Greek authorities shall take the following actions:
  • to develop a significantly scaled up privatisation programme with improved governance; valuable Greek assets will be transferred to an independent fund that will monetize the assets through privatisations and other means. The monetization of the assets will be one source to make the scheduled repayment of the new loan of ESM and generate over the life of the new loan a targeted total of 50 billion euros of which 25 billion euros will be used for the repayment of recapitalisation of banks and other assets and 50 percent of every remaining euro (i.e. 50 percent of 25 billion euros) will be used for decreasing the debt to GDP ratio and the remaining 50 percent will be used for investments. This fund would be established in Greece and be managed by the Greek authorities under the supervision of the relevant European Institutions. In agreement with Institutions and building on best international practices, a legislative framework should be adopted to ensure transparent procedures and adequate asset sale pricing, according to OECD principles and standards on the management of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs);
  • in line with the Greek government ambitions, to modernise and significantly strengthen the Greek administration, and to put in place a programme, under the auspices of the European Commission, for capacity-building and de-politicizing the Greek administration. A first proposal should be provided by 20 July after discussions with the Institutions. The Greek government commits to reduce further the costs of the Greek administration, in line with a schedule agreed with the Institutions;
  • to fully normalize working methods with the Institutions, including the necessary work on the ground in Athens, to improve programme implementation and monitoring. The government needs to consult and agree with the Institutions on all draft legislation in relevant areas with adequate time before submitting it for public consultation or to Parliament. The Euro Summit stresses again that implementation is key, and in that context welcomes the intention of the Greek authorities to request by 20 July support from the Institutions and Member States for technical assistance, and asks the European Commission to coordinate this support from Europe; With the exception of the humanitarian crisis bill, the Greek government will reexamine with a view to amending legislations that were introduced counter to the Feb. 20 agreement by backtracking on previous programme commitments or identify clear compensatory equivalents for the vested rights that were subsequently created. The above-listed commitments are minimum requirements to start the negotiations with the Greek authorities. However, the Euro Summit made it clear that the start of negotiations does not preclude any final possible agreement on a new ESM programme, which will have to be based on a decision on the whole package (including financing needs, debt sustainability and possible bridge financing).
The Euro Summit takes note of the possible programme financing needs of between 82 billion and 86 billion euros, as assessed by the Institutions. It invites the Institutions to explore possibilities to reduce the financing envelope, through an alternative fiscal path or higher privatisation proceeds. Restoring market access, which is an objective of any financial assistance programme, lowers the need to draw on the total financing envelope. The Euro Summit takes note of the urgent financing needs of Greece which underline the need for very swift progress in reaching a decision on a new MoU: these are estimated to amount to 7 billion euros by July 20 and an additional 5 billion euros by mid August.

The Euro Summit acknowledges the importance of ensuring that the Greek sovereign can clear its arrears to the IMF and to the Bank of Greece and honour its debt obligations in the coming weeks to create conditions which allow for an orderly conclusion of the negotiations. The risks of not concluding swiftly the negotiations remain fully with Greece. The Euro Summit invites the Eurogroup to discuss these issues as a matter of urgency.

Given the acute challenges of the Greek financial sector, the total envelope of a possible new ESM programme would have to include the establishment of a buffer of 10 billion to 25 billion euros for the banking sector in order to address potential bank recapitalisation needs and resolution costs, of which 10 billion euros would be made available immediately in a segregated account at the ESM.

The Euro Summit is aware that a rapid decision on a new programme is a condition to allow banks to reopen, thus avoiding an increase in the total financing envelope. The ECB/SSM will conduct a comprehensive assessment after the summer. The overall buffer will cater for possible capital shortfalls following the comprehensive assessment after the legal framework is applied.

There are serious concerns regarding the sustainability of Greek debt. This is due to the easing of policies during the last twelve months, which resulted in the recent deterioration in the domestic macroeconomic and financial environment. The Euro Summit recalls that the euro area Member States have, throughout the last few years, adopted a remarkable set of measures supporting Greece's debt sustainability, which have smoothed Greece's debt servicing path and reduced costs significantly.

Against this background, in the context of a possible future ESM programme, and in line with the spirit of the Eurogroup statement of November 2012, the Eurogroup stands ready to consider, if necessary, possible additional measures (possible longer grace and payment periods) aiming at ensuring that gross financing needs remain at a sustainable level. These measures will be conditional upon full implementation of the measures to be agreed in a possible new programme and will be considered after the first positive completion of a review.

The Euro Summit stresses that nominal haircuts on the debt cannot be undertaken.
The Greek authorities reiterate their unequivocal commitment to honour their financial obligations to all their creditors fully and in a timely manner.

Provided that all the necessary conditions contained in this document are fulfilled, the Eurogroup and ESM Board of Governors may, in accordance with Article 13.2 of the ESM Treaty, mandate the Institutions to negotiate a new ESM programme, if the preconditions of Article 13 of the ESM Treaty are met on the basis of the assessment referred to in Article 13.1.
To help support growth and job creation in Greece (in the next 3-5 years) the Commission will work closely with the Greek authorities to mobilise up to 35 billion euros (under various EU programmes) to fund investment and economic activity, including in SMEs. As an exceptional measure and given the unique situation of Greece the Commission will propose to increase the level of pre-financing by 1 billion euro to give an immediate boost to investment to be dealt with by the EU co-legislators. The Investment Plan for Europe will also provide funding opportunities for Greece."

Η μαμά σου είναι τόσο χοντρή, που έχει άλλες μικρές μαμάδες σε τροχιά γύρω απ'αυτήν... κι έτσι εσύ βγήκες ούφο...

Δυστυχώς, ούτε ίχνος σεβασμού στην αντίθετη άποψη δεν υπάρχει στη χώρα μας σήμερα. Όποιος διαφωνεί με μάς, είναι απλά ένα από τα παραπάνω...

Αυτό φυσικά δεν είναι καινούριο. Είναι βασικό γνώρισμα του 'νέου πολιτικού συστήματος' που ήρθε να αντικαταστήσει την αμαρτωλή μεταπολίτευση. Αλλά που δυστυχώς αποτελεί βήμα πίσω. Πίσω στο φανατισμό, τον εθνικισμό και το φασισμό.

Παρά την τραγικότητα της έλλειψης σεβασμού στην ελεύθερη άποψη, ακριβώς μπροστά στην 1η ευκαιρία της γενιάς μας για δημοψήφισμα, το μεγαλύτερό μας πρόβλημα φοβάμαι πως είναι λίγο παραπέρα: Ετοιμαζόμαστε όπως πάντα, να ρίξουμε το φταίξιμο σε άλλους για τα αρνητικά αποτελέσματα της όποιας απόφασής μας.

Αλλά το δημοψήφισμα ειναι λαϊκή πράξη, και οφείλουμε να αναλαμβάνουμε την ευθύνη των επιλογών μας, ακόμα περισσότερο από ότι στις εκλογές. Μόνο έτσι θα ωριμάσει η λαϊκή κυριαρχία στην Ελλάδα.

Έχουμε δικαίωμα, αν θέλουμε, να ρισκάρουμε τη συμμετοχή μας στο Ευρώ για μιά καλύτερη συμφωνία, αλλά και η ευρωζώνη έχει δικαίωμα να αρνηθεί τη συμμετοχή μας, όπως την αρνείται (μαζί με μας) σε τοσες άλλες ευρωπαϊκές χώρες με καλύτερες οικονομιες εδώ και χρόνια. Δική μας η ελευθερία, δική μας η ευθύνη.

Αυτό οφείλουμε να το δεχόμαστε, ειδικά όσοι από εμάς πιστεύουμε στην άμεση δημοκρατία.

Προσωπικά θα ψηφίσω ναι γιατι πιστεύω ότι αυτό που ρισκάρουμε είναι ασσύμμετρα μεγαλύτερο από αυτό που πάμε να κερδίσουμε. Αλλά σέβομαι το δικαίωμα όσων θέλουν να ρισκάρουν την έξοδο, όσων θέλουν την έξοδο, η όσων έχουν τους δικούς τους λόγους να ψηφίσουν όχι.

Εξάλλου, είπαμε, το σεξ θέλει δύο, και η διαστροφή ξεκινάει εκεί που σταματάει η αμοιβαία απόλαυση... Κάθε πλευρά έχει δικαίωμα να αναφωνήσει 'Mayday', όποτε δημοκρατικά το αποφασίσει, αφήνοντας την άλλη με την ψ**ή, εννίοτε (δίνοντας) και το μ***ί, στο χέρι...

ΣΟΙΜΠΛΕ: "Είχα συμβουλέψει τον Γιώργο υπέρ ενός δημοψηφίσματος"

Υπέρ του δημοψηφίσματος που είχε προτείνει ο Γιώργος Παπανδρέου είχε ταχθεί ο Βόλφγκανγκ Σόιμπλε, όπως αποκάλυψε ο Γερμανός υπουργός Οικονομικών στη συνέντευξή του στη γερμανική FAZ.




Αναφερόμενος στις δηλώσεις Τσίπρα περί δημοψηφίσματος, ο Γερμανός ΥΠΟΙΚ δέχθηκε την ερώτηση του δημοσιογράφου «πριν από τέσσερα χρόνια λέγατε στους Ελληνες να μην κάνουν δημοψήφισμα. Τώρα όχι πια;».


Η απάντησή του ήταν ιδιαίτερα αποκαλυπτική, καθώς ανέφερε: «Λάθος! Τότε είχα συμβουλέψει τον Γιώργο Παπανδρέου υπέρ ενός δημοψηφίσματος. Αλλά αυτό δεν έγινε. Κι όχι μόνο δεν έγινε, αλλά ο Παπανδρέου έχασε και το αξίωμά του. Στο τέλος ήταν και είναι κυριαρχικό δικαίωμα του ελληνικού λαού ποιο δρόμο θέλει να ακολουθήσει. Ομως τώρα υπάρχουν και κυριαρχικές αποφάσεις άλλων λαών από την Εσθονία μέχρι την Ισπανία. Θέλουμε να βοηθήσουμε τη χώρα. Πρέπει όμως να τηρηθούν όσα συμφωνήθηκαν».


Η συνέντευξη αυτή είναι η ίδια στην οποία έκανε το σχόλιο για «μια ξαφνική χρεοκοπία», στην οποία όμως μεταξύ άλλων ο Γερμανός υπουργός Οικονομικών ανέφερε, συντασσόμενος με τη Γερμανίδα καγκελάριο Μέρκελ, πως η Γερμανία θα κάνει τα πάντα για την παραμονή της Ελλάδας στη ζώνη του ευρώ.


Επιπλέον, ο κ. Σόιμπλε ρωτήθηκε και για τον Γιάνη Βαρουφάκη και το κλίμα που επικρατεί το τελευταίο διάστημα στα διεθνή μέσα ενημέρωσης σε σχέση με τον Ελληνα ομόλογό του. Ο κ. Σόιμπλε απάντησε πως «τα μέσα ενημέρωσης έκαναν τον κ. Βαρουφάκη σούπερ σταρ και τώρα τον αποδομούν. Νομίζω πως και το ένα και το άλλο είναι λάθος».

Δικό μου σχόλιο:


Άρα, τα περί εκπλήξεως της Ευρώπης καταρρέουν. Οι ευρωπαίοι αντέδρασαν σκληρά για να ξεκαθαρίσουν ότι μη αποδοχή της συμφωνίας σήμαινε έξοδος από το ευρώ. Ο Βενιζέλος όμως προχώρησε παραπέρα, ρίχνοντας την κυβέρνηση πραξικοπηματικά.
